By accessing and using Solairaé™ ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Solairaé™ provides BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings based on traditional Chinese metaphysics. Our readings are for:

• Self-reflection and personal growth
• Understanding personality traits and life patterns
• Exploring relationship dynamics

3. Important Disclaimers

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: BaZi readings are NOT a substitute for:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Mental health counseling or therapy
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Professional career counseling

If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Accuracy and Interpretation

While we use traditional BaZi calculation methods, readings are interpretive in nature. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or life events. Results should be used for personal insight and reflection only.

5. Payment and Pricing

• Solo Reading: $29.99 USD
• Couple Reading: $49.99 USD
• Family Reading: $79.99 USD
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with notice

6. Refund Policy

Digital Product - No Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a reading has been generated and delivered.

Exception: If there is a technical error preventing delivery of your reading, contact us at support@solairae.app within 7 days.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate birth information for readings
• One account per person
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including readings, website design, and branding, is owned by Solairaé™. You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute readings commercially
• Claim our content as your own
• Use our readings for commercial purposes without permission

Your personal readings are for personal use only.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your birth data is used solely to generate your reading.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solairaé™ and its creators are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on readings
• Emotional distress from reading content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By using Solairaé™, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
